If I had included everything in the book I wanted I’d still be writing it, and ever I did finish the thing, it would be inches thick. I’ll go somewhere to addressing this by putting expanded sections, notes and references below. Resources will fall into one of a few categories:
- References: these are the sources of information I used for the book
- Expanded sections for sleep and stress
- Fact sheets and links to important info and organisations that offer help and guidance for specific health issues and medical conditions mentioned in the book.
- Training and exercise demonstrations and progressions to accompany the info in the book
This section like the rest of the site is a living thing so it will develop, if you own the book and have been here before it’s always worth checking back once in a while.
